RAZA Chartered Surveyors is a bespoke surveying firm founded by Adeel Raza, a highly experienced surveyor who has spent thirty years in the industry, working on an enormously varied range of projects from complex large-scale investor-led commercial developments to residential extensions and party wall matters.
After completing a BTEC qualification in construction, Adeel studied building surveying for four years at Sheffield Hallam University, where he gained a BSc with Honours.
His career since then has taken him to surveying practices of all sizes across London and the Home Counties, including the Daniel Connal Partnership and True Associates.
Adeel’s broad experience has given him opportunities to work across the spectrum of commercial, residential and mixed-development projects in various locations around the UK.
He launched RAZA Chartered Surveyors in order to offer tailored expertise to clients and projects of all sizes, whether those are big corporates navigating big-ticket residential or commercial developments with multiple stakeholders or individuals who simply want an extension to their house, a homebuyer survey or professional representation over a party wall matter.
